I used to have a Blackberry, but I hated the invasive nature of this kind of always on nagging technology, I also dislike instant messaging applications, that publish my status and let people break my concentration on a whim, so I switched off Skype and all the other collection of IM clients that I have and decided that I only want to be interrupted when something is truly urgent. To be honest very little, if anything, is that urgent.
So the best way to communicate, is to send off an eMail, to admin@taskforce.co.uk. Please try to describe, in detail, what issues you are having. The more information that you give, the easier it is to give a sensible answer to your question. Also if possible give a time and date that it would be convenient to call you by telephone. Note that I only check my eMail at fixed points thru the day.
If you really want to call me, then please call my PA (Hayley) in the first instance on 08456 583 443 (International +44 8456 583 443).
When you leave a message, please try and be helpful and say what your call is regarding. Just saying you have an issue with Taskforce is not enough. If you are unable to work, please be specific as to if it is just you or everyone on your network. Request for me to call back with no specific reason, will be, for the most part, ignored. I am quite good a pressing the delete button.
Also note that we are unable to return your call, if you do not have an active support contract in place.
