We are now able to offer cost effective training using GotoMeeting by Citrix.
We can host up to 25 attendees in a training session, each attending the training from the comfort of their desk. Each attendee needs to have a USB headset attached to their computer so that they can hear and talk to the trainer and other attendees.

Having spent some time working on our deployment tools, and given our additional programming capacity, we find that we are adding new features to the software on a very regular basis. To this end, we are offering clients, rolling upgrades of the software, as and when they see a new feature that they find would be beneficial to their organisation. Clients can keep an eye on the automatically generated release notes from time to time and request an upgrade if required.

We have released a new module, that allows the importation of transactions downloaded from a host bank, into a mirror account within the Taskforce accounting system. Book keepers have the ability to post and / or reconcile transactions imported from the bank records directly from within the book keeping module of the software.
Reports can be run that allow comparisons with banking records to client records, and also allow transaction profiling for compliance and risk management.
A certain degree of configuration is required to install this module to ensure it fits with the host banks used by the client trust company.

We are in the process of rolling out a new version of the WMS, which includes, among other things, support for Foundations. Clients who have an immediate requirement to setup these new vehicles within their organisation should contact us to arrange for their upgrade to be undertaken. We plan to have a number of releases this year as we have increased our development capacity.
